About Benefit Advisors, Inc.

Benefit Advisors, Inc. is a third party administrator and provides benefits administration and computer services to unions and jointly managed trust funds. We utilize customized state-of-the-art fringe benefit and local union software that is maintained on-site and can be customized to your needs and includes secure internet access for participants and members to real-time eligibility, contribution, benefit and job status information and secure online contribution entry for contractors and employers.

We provide administration and computer services from our Michigan location to Taft-Hartley Health Care, Defined Benefit Pension, Defined Contribution, 401(k), SUB, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Scholarship Plans. Our fringe benefit software gives us the capability to provide administrative services to small and large Taft-Hartley Plans in a more cost effective manner than other third party administrators.

Unions access our jobs dispatch and dues accounting modules via a secure internet connection to manage out-of-work lists, fill jobs, dispatch workers and track member dues assessments and payments. Self-administered fringe benefit offices access our fringe benefit software via a secure internet connection to access fringe benefit modules including contributions, claims, eligibility, pension, SUB pay and communication tracking. We host the software so we take care of backups, security, updates and allow access by your staff to our systems from anywhere you have a secure internet connection.
